Vitamin D3 is the more powerful of the two types, as it is better absorbed and utilised and it raises blood levels of Vitamin D, almost twice as much as Vitamin D2.

Ingredients:
Brown Rice Flour, Vegetarian Capsule Shell (Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose), Vitamin D3 (Acacia Gum, Sucrose, Sunflower Oil, Starch, D3 Oil), Magnesium Stearate.

Directions:
1 capsule daily or twice weekly, or as advised by your doctor.  Best taken with main evening meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake or take as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
