- For Headache Relief: For general headaches, take 1 tablet. If pain persists or is more intense, an additional tablet (or 2 tablets initially for stronger pain) can be taken, ensuring a 4-6 hour gap between doses. Limit intake to a maximum of 6 tablets within 24 hours. Excedrin is designed for episodic headache use, up to 4 days.
- For Migraine Relief: At the first sign of migraine symptoms, take 2 tablets. If necessary, another 2 tablets can be taken after 4-6 hours. Again, the maximum daily intake is 6 tablets within 24 hours. Excedrin is suitable for episodic migraine use, up to 3 days.
