  • Gradually replace cigarettes with Nicorette QuickMist, then quit smoking while using the spray, and finally, stop using the spray altogether.
  • Use 1-2 sprays for strong cravings, replacing cigarettes. Avoid smoking immediately after use. Reduce daily cigarette intake, replacing them with sprays. Consult a doctor if cigarette reduction isn’t achieved after 6 weeks. Aim to quit within 12 weeks, then gradually reduce spray usage. Stop when using 2-4 sprays daily.
  • Do not exceed 2 sprays at once, 4 sprays per hour for 16 hours, or 64 sprays in 24 hours.  
  • Keep remaining spray for sudden cravings. Use 1-2 sprays if needed.
