How to Use:

Shake well before use.
Apply generously and evenly to all exposed skin at least 20 minutes before sun exposure. Use approximately one teaspoon per limb, one for the front of your body, one for your back, and one for your head.
Reapply every 2 hours, or more frequently if you are sweating, swimming, exercising, or after towel drying. For comprehensive sun safety, always use in conjunction with a hat, protective clothing, and sunglasses.
